"All companies strive to deliver the best products and services to their customers and clients. But markets change. Ultimately the underlying and enduring competitive advantage comes from a company's key asset—its people. A talented, enthusiastic and committed workforce is the holy grail of business" - Terence Bennett, Chief Executive, 3HRplc

Expatriates' Services
One of the key factors in the success of any overseas operation is the ability to successfully second senior and specialist employees from the Head Office operation in order to manage and run the overseas subsidiary or branch.
When individuals are parachuted into a foreign jurisdiction, there are many new and alien concepts for them to assimilate. What you want as an employer is for your key expatriate employees to concentrate all their efforts on running the overseas business, without being unnecessarily distracted.
With our Expat Services, 3HR will help your expatriates' transition to the new jurisdiction to be as smooth as possible. Specifically we help in three areas:
- Healthcare for expatriates and their families. We call this our E-CARE Healthcare Plan. It provides worldwide coverage for expatriates based in Europe. *
- We offer a telephone helpline service for expatriate management in the key areas of local-staff HR & Employee Benefit issues - across Europe.
- We provide training programmes for expatriates in their own language.
E-Care Healthcare Plan
3HR Financial Consulting Ltd offers a comprehensive pan-European group private medical insurance plan called "E-Care Healthcare Plan", insured by Europ Assistance which is specially designed for Chinese, Japanese & Korean companies' expatriates and their families.
Benefits of E-Care Healthcare Plan
"E-Care Healthcare Plan" not only covers the costs of hospitalisation and associated surgery costs, but also includes cover for general out-patient treatment. Moreover, there are some optional benefits which can be included. The benefits of "E-Care Healthcare Plan" are as follows:
- World-wide cover (including China, Japan & Korea)
- Direct settlement facilities for approved in-patient treatment
- Chinese, Japanese & Korean language helpline service
- Pregnancy & maternity cover
- Chronic & pre-existing conditions cover
- Complementary medicine cover
- Evacuation & repatriation cover

Pan-European Product
In order to support Chinese, Japanese & Korean companies with operations in various countries in the EU/EEA*, we have designed "E-Care Healthcare Plan" as a pan-European product. Therefore, whenever you have offices in the EU/EEA* area, you could introduce this plan for your expatriates and families†. By introducing this integrated solution to your organisation, you may be able to offer and maintain equalised medical benefits to all of your expatriates and their families - throughout Europe.
* European Economic Area - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom † Please note that this is subject to the local taxation regulations
In addition to this, if you have at least 25 expatriates throughout the EU/EEA, we can usually customise "E-Care Healthcare Plan" for you. Not only can you tailor your benefit schedule through this plan to suit your company's needs, but also easily control and monitor your costs in respect of medical benefits.
