Expatriates' Services

One of the key factors in the success of any overseas operation is the ability to successfully second senior and specialist employees from the Head Office operation in order to manage and run the overseas subsidiary or branch.

When individuals are parachuted into a foreign jurisdiction, there are many new and alien concepts for them to assimilate. What you want as an employer is for your key expatriate employees to concentrate all their efforts on running the overseas business, without being unnecessarily distracted.

With our Expat Services, 3HR will help your expatriates' transition to the new jurisdiction to be as smooth as possible. Specifically we help in three areas:

  • Healthcare for expatriates and their families. We call this our E-CARE Healthcare Plan. It provides worldwide coverage for expatriates based in Europe. *
  • We offer a telephone helpline service for expatriate management in the key areas of local-staff HR & Employee Benefit issues  - across Europe.
  • We provide training programmes for expats in their own language.
Overview of Training Services

3HR will deliver training specially designed to provide expatriates with a basic understanding of UK Employment Law and HR practice by focusing on various employment issues in the workplace. We examine actual case studies and explain the important aspects of employee relations and cultural differences. This can help prevent problems which could lead to litigation. The training will also emphasise how to create and maintain a positive work environment in order to attract and retain valuable staff.

3HR will design training to meet specific requirements and to maximise cost effectiveness. These modules include:

  • Absence management
  • Interviewing and selection skills
