3HR Approach to HR Consultancy

We provide two types of service: HR outsourcing and HR project work.

HR Outsourcing

A company's in-house HR service operation will vary in size. For smaller companies, one or more staff may be assigned to handle HR issues on a part-time basis. Larger companies may have a fully staffed HR department and main-board representation. We are confident that we can make a strong case for full or partial outsourcing of many HR functions. The trend to outsource various HR functions is gathering momentum. It is now very common to outsource the HR functions of payroll and employee benefits. Also, companies are increasingly outsourcing recruitment and selection, training and personal development, and HR online information systems. 3HR can help in any and all of these areas.

HR Project Work

Depending on the skills and resources available within your company, we are equipped to undertake HR projects on your behalf.
